Setup - MyNextbase Connect: Uber Account
First Time Use
After connecting your mobile device to the Dash Cam, you’ll be asked to connect your
Uber account. Follow the on-screen instructions and fill out the required information.
Your Uber Information
More information about your Uber account and Pending Video Requests
can be found in the Uber section on the homescreen.
Uber Video Requests (work in progress)
If an incident has been reported, you may be asked to send your footage to
Uber for review. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your footage.
Enter your Uber account details and allow permissions (below)
Finish Setup. Your Uber information will be displayed on the
MyNextbase Connect homescreen (below)
The 323GW cannot be used without connection
to your mobile device. Ensure your device is
connected, and your Uber account is active.
