2.Caster Assembly
a)Turn over the bottom panel for assembling
casters.
b)Mount the casters onto the bottom panel (M) by
using sixteen 1/4-in. x 15-mm truss head screws(B)
with locking washers and sixteen Flat washers (E) .
c)The swivel caster with brake (O) should be
positioned under the left rear of the cart bottom and
the swivel caster (N) should be positioned under
left front as shown in Fig. 2.
d)The two stationary casters (P ) should be
positioned under the right side.
Note:
The gap of the two stationary casters should
be facing the inside bottom panel.

1.Door iron piece assembly
Mount the Door Iron Piece (AJ) on the middle
of the Bottom Panel (M) by using two 5/32-in
Truss Head Screws (C) , see fig.1
a) Loosen but do not remove four screws
that pre-assembled on the Left Side Panel (Z),
attach grease Tray Support Bracket (AI) to
Left Side Panel (Z) by aligning the holes on
the Grease Tray Support Bracket (AI).
Tighten the screws that were loosened above.
b)Repeat step 3a to attached Grease Tray
Support Bracket (AI) to the Right Side Panel
(Y) make sure all screws are tight.
3. Side panel assembly
c)
Use three 1/4-in. x 15-mm Truss Head
Screws (A) to connect the Left Side
Panel (Z) to the Bottom Panel (M).
Make the Left Side Panel (Z) flush with
the rear of bottom panel and tighten
the screws. See fig.4
Repeat for the Right Side Panel (Y).
