OPENING CELL INTENSITY OR ANALYSIS RESULTS DATA

You are able to display any data by using the open command. Each
data has its own display, depending upon file type (cell intensity,
analysis results, or report) and assay type (MPAM, DM, BRLMM
mapping analysis, or GenFlex Tag).

1.

In the data tree, do one of the following to open data:

- Double-click the data.

- Select the data, right-click the selection, and select

Open

in

the shortcut menu.

- Drag the selected data to the main display area.

The main display area displays the selected data in the appropriate
window:

- Cell intensity data is displayed in an Image window. For more

information, see

Chapter 3, Working with Images, on page 77

.

- MPAM, DM, and BRLMM mapping analysis results are

displayed in the mapping analysis window. For more
information, see

Chapter 5, Mapping Analysis Window, on

Experiments Window

The Experiments window displays basic information about a selected
experiment. It provides a convenient way to review and edit the
sample attributes for an experiment.

1.

To open the Experiments window for an experiment, do one of the
following:

- Double-click the experiment data in the data tree.

- Select the data in the data tree, right-click the selection, and

select

Open

in the shortcut menu.

- From the File menu, select

Open

.

The Open dialog box opens.
