Viewing Probe Set Intensity Data

You can highlight user selected probes sets in the cell intensity image. 
This is a convenient way to quickly view the cell intensities of probe 
sets of interest. 

The probe set intensity data functions are described in the following 
sections:

Selecting Probe Sets by Name (see below)

•

Selecting Probe Sets by Position and Tile Number (see page 94)

•

Viewing Probe Cell Data for a Highlighted Probe Set (see page 96)

SELECTING PROBE SETS BY NAME

You can choose by name the probe sets that you want to highlight.

Right-click the cell intensity data and select 

View

 

Probe Tiling

 

in the shortcut menu, or select 

View 

 Probe Tiling 

from the 

menu bar.

The 

View Probe Tiling

 dialog box opens and shows all probe sets 

for the data

 (Figure 3.9)

You can also view cell intensities for probe sets on mapping arrays
in the Probe Intensity Window. For more information, see
