You can also:

• Download additional NetAffx annotations (see

page 279)

• Select particular NetAffx annotations to display (see

page 284)

• Change other advanced parameters (see

page 285)

Downloading NetAffx

™

Annotations

You must download NetAffx

™

annotations from the NetAffx web site

before displaying them in the Results table.

You have two options for downloading annotations:

• You can download annotations for the GeneChip data displayed in

the Results table using the

NetAffx Annotation Display dialog

box.

If you use this method, you cannot download specific annotations.

• You can download any available annotations using the

NetAffx

Annotation Download dialog box.

Result table:

Click the

NetAffx

button

in the mapping analysis window

toolbar; or
