 Genotyping  Analysis Software User’s Guide

A.

Select the template used for the samples you wish to group from 
the Templates drop-down list.

The attributes assigned to the template appear in the Template 
Attributes box. Also displayed is the special attribute “Sample 
Name.” Use this attribute if you want to use the template’s 
sample name as an attribute for selection.

Select the unique attributes (such as SampleName and the 
template attributes) you wish to use to cluster the arrays in the 
Template Attributes list and click the 

Add >>

 button.

The attributes are displayed in the Unique Attributes box.

You can remove attributes by selecting them and clicking 
the 

<< Remove

 button.

You can remove all selected attributes by clicking the 

<< Remove All

 button.
