CHECKING FOR SAMPLE MISMATCHES

The report is able to use sample attribute information to identify 
sample mismatches. The same steps are used as for the sample match 
report, and in addition, the sample attributes need to be specified in 
Step 3.

To run a Sample Mismatch report:

Steps 1, 2, and 4 are the same as for the Sample Match Report.

Drag and drop .chp files from the Data Tree. (see page 211)

Specify the mismatch threshold for calling matched samples. (see 
page 212)

Specify sample template attributes to call sample mismatches.

In this step you specify the attributes used to identify the sample ID 
and the gender of the sample donor
