to close the Batch Analysis Options dialog box.

Renaming Selected Analysis Results Files

Prior to the analysis, you can rename selected analysis results files in 
the Batch Analysis window.

To add a prefix and/or suffix to selected analysis results file names:

1.

Select the files that you want to rename in the Batch Analysis 
window.

2.

Right-click the file names and select 

Set Prefix/Suffix

 from the 

shortcut menu, or select 

Edit 

 

Set Prefix/Suffix

 from the menu 

bar.

The Set Prefix/Suffix dialog box opens

Enter a prefix and/or a suffix.

Click 

OK

.

The prefix and/or suffix is added to the selected analysis results file 
names.

The prefix and suffix are applied to all of the analysis results file
names when cell intensity data files are subsequently added to the
Batch Analysis window. Analysis results file names for cell intensity
data added to the Batch Analysis window before selecting a prefix
and/or suffix will not be renamed.
