MCS260B
CORNERSTONE 260B MONOCHROMATORS
52
Command:
GOWAVE
Purpose:
Store the parameter as the new wavelength setting and rotate the
currently-selected grating to the angle that causes the specified
wavelength to appear at the output.
Parameter:
A floating-point number representing the desired wavelength in the
currently-selected wavelength units.
Example:
gowave 877.679
: rotates the grating to the 877.679nm location
(assuming units are nm).
Example:
gowave 546
: rotates the grating to the 546nm location (assuming units
are nm).
Command:
GOWAVE?
Purpose:
Query the current wavelength setting. Also see the “wave?” query,
which queries the actual wavelength.
Example:
gowave?
E.g. response
756.9087
: the wavelength has been set to 756.9087.
