default-information originate (RIP)
This command is used to control the advertisement of default routes.
no default-information originate (RIP)
This command is used to control the advertisement of default routes.
default-metric (RIP)
This command is used to set a default for the metric of distributed routes.
no default-metric (RIP)
This command is used to reset the default metric of distributed routes to its default value.
distance rip
This command sets the route preference value of RIP in the router. Lower route preference values
are preferred when determining the best route. A route with a preference of 255 cannot be used to
forward traffic.
