All checks required by the law must be carried out in accordance with the
regulations and standards applicable in the country, where the tank is used.
OIL REPLACEMENT
• Switch off the motor and unplug the power cord from mains socket.
• Release compressed air from the tank.
• Unscrew the oil drain plug (11) and drain used oil into a container (fig. I)
(when there is small amount of oil left in the compressor, tilt the compressor
slightly to remove it).
• Put the oil drain plug (11) back on.
• Remove the oil filler plug (9) from the oil filler hole and fill with new oil (fig.
J) to appropriate level.
• Put the oil filler plug (9) back on.
Oil level should be visible in the sight glass (10) and indicated
with red dot.
15W/40 oil is recommended. Change the oil for the first time after 50 hours
of compressor operation. Subsequent changes are required after each 200
hours of operation.
CLEANING THE AIR FILTER
Wait until the compressor cools down completely! Risk of burns!
Clean the air filter (8) at time intervals no longer than 200 hours of operation.
Replace it or wash with kerosene, dry and install it back in place. Clogged air
filter considerably reduces compressor efficiency.
All defects should be repaired by service workshop authorized by the
manufacturer.

Noise and vibration information
Noise produced by the device is defined with: level of produced sound
pressure LpA and level of sound power LWA (where K is measurement
uncertainty). Vibrations produced by the device are defined with vibration
acceleration value ah (where K is measurement uncertainty).
Sound pressure LpA, sound power LWA and vibration acceleration ah
specified in this manual have been measured in accordance with EN 1012-
1. Specified vibration level ah can be used to compare tools and for initial
evaluation of exposition to vibrations.
Specified vibration level is typical only for the main applications of the device.
When the device is used for other purposes or with different working tools,
the vibration level may change. Insufficient or too rare maintenance may
increase vibration level. The abovementioned factors may lead to higher
exposure to vibrations during whole working time.
In order to precisely define exposure to vibrations, include periods when
the device is switched off and when it is switched on but not used for
working. Once all factors have been carefully considered, total exposi-
tion to vibrations may be significantly lower.
To protect the user from results of exposure to vibrations, use additional
safety measures such as: device and working tool periodic maintenance,
proper hand temperature conditions, good work organisation.

household wastes, but should be utilised in proper recycling
centres. Obtain information on waste recycling from your seller or
local authorities. Used electric and electronic equipment contains
substances active in the natural environment. Unrecycled equipment

ОБЩИЕ ПРАВИЛА БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ
Во избежание опасности поражения электрическим током,
телесных повреждений и пожара необходимо соблюдать указанные
ниже правила безопасности.
1. Рабочее место следует содержать в чистоте и порядке.
На
неупорядоченном рабочем месте существует повышенный риск
несчастного случая.
2. Следует обращать внимание на условия рабочего места.
Никогда не оставляйте компрессор под дождем. Запрещается
пользоваться компрессором во влажном или мокром месте вблизи
легковоспламеняющихся веществ (жидкостей или газов). Следует
обеспечить надлежащее освещение рабочего места.
3. Необходимо избегать возможности поражения электрическим
током.
Следует избегать физического контакта с заземленными
элементами, такими как трубы, батареи отопления, кухонные
электроплиты, холодильники и т. п.
4. Необходимо ограничить доступ детей и животных в зону
работы компрессора.
Посторонние лица должны находиться вдали
от включенного компрессора. Компрессор следует хранить в сухом,
закрытом и недоступном для детей месте.
5. Нельзя перегружать компрессор. Работать с компрессором
следует в пределах его рабочих параметров. Это позволит обеспечить
лучшее, более безопасное и эффективное выполнение работ.
6. При работе с компрессором необходимо пользоваться
соответствующими средствами индивидуальной защиты.
Нельзя носить свободно свисающие украшения, поскольку
существует риск, что такие элементы могут зацепиться за подвижные
части компрессора. Длинные волосы необходимо подобрать и
спрятать под шапочку.
7. При работе необходимо пользоваться специальной полумаской
или защитными очками. При работе в запыленном помещении
следует надевать защитную полумаску для защиты дыхательных
путей.
8. Запрещено использовать кабель питания в целях, не
соответствующих прямому назначению. Запрещается тянуть
компрессор, держась за кабель питания. Вынимая штепсельную
