9 Troubleshooting

The following pages contain several troubleshooting charts that can help you find

the cause of problems users sometimes encounter.

9.1 No Image

The indicator is glowing.

The camera has the correct connections

with the power source.

Use a power source that meets

the specifications.

The

camera

has

the

correct

connection with the LAN cables.

The camera may be out of

order. Please contact us

for service.

After power on,

the power source meets the

specified voltage.

The capacity of the power

source is sufficient

Connect the camera and the PC with

LAN cables.

The PC needs to be set up correctly for the

camera. See the setup guide on the included

CD-ROM.

The sample software program is used to control

the camera.

The camera registers (XML file) can be read

by the software included on the CD-ROM

Confirm that camera control registers can be read by

your usage environment

The power source meets the specified voltage.
