5.6 Scan Rate of free run mode

The scan rate in free run mode is set via the TriggerInternalCounter register.

(see 5.1)

The scan period can be set in the range from 88

s to 32.767ms. The setting

increment is 1

Note that in order for the scan period setting to be valid, the TriggerMode register

must be set to Free Run Mode.
