PREPARE ASSEMBLY FOR STARTUP
• Remove the winch cables from the hanger channel and the beam.
• Remove the temporary 3/8” bolt just above the pivot pin on the pivot.
• Remove the heavy gauge wire that was wrapped around the main roller and track.
• ATTENTION: Do not turn the machine on at this time.
CHECK LADDER CLEARANCE PRIOR TO STARTUP
IMPORTANT: Check the clearance with the bottom of the outside auger and the bin ladder. If
there’s any chance that the auger could hit and catch on the ladder, fabricate a ladder guard.
Refer to Figure 36:
• NECO suggests using steel plate of at least 11 gauge (1/8”) thickness and 4” tall.
• The bends in the steel plate should be about 45° each
• Place the ladder guard as shown and sequrely bolt to the bin wall.
