NOTE:

• Make sure the track is smooth and not bent in

any way after installation.

• If necessary, cut off the top portion of the lad-

der to allow for clearance of the Rail Beam.

• After the track is completely installed, tighten

all the clip bolts. Keep the clips properly

aligned.

RAIL BEAM ASSEMBLY

Bring the beam into the bin and set it up on

wood or concrete blocks. See Figure 8. Make

sure 9/16” diameter holes are oriented upward

and are next to the bin wall under the man

hatch. Make sure the other end is positioned

under the center hatch.

Slide the trolley(s) onto the beam. Keep all

motor mounts on the right side (as viewed from

the bin center). The main trolley (also the larg-

est trolley) is mounted closest the bin wall. See

Figure 9.

IMPORTANT:

Trolleys must move freely along

the beam.

NOTE: 16” - 24” IS A COMFORTABLE HEIGHT
