ATTACHING THE MOTOR TO THE 

MAIN TROLLEY

Assemble the motor to the main trolley using 

5/16” x 1” bolts, flat washers, lock washers, 

and nuts. Use the top set of holes on the motor 

mounts. See Figure 18.

Keeping the hub oriented upward, assemble 

the 3.2” motor pulley to the motor shaft. Use 

the key that’s supplied with the motor. Do not 

tighten set screw just yet.

Figure 19 shows the correct motor configura

-

tions for two-auger, three-auger, and four-auger 

machines. After attaching the motor to the main 

trolley, repeat the process for the remaining trol-

leys.

On all motors with two leads, secure the female 

lead to the spacer with wire ties. Then connect 

the female lead to the male lead of the next mo-

tor.
