Telephone Names.
You can assign the name of the user to each of your
telephones.
The name will be displayed on the LCD display when
you make/receive internal calls.
The name can be up to 12 characters in length.
Naming a Telephone
Press
SPK
Dial Service Code
800
for
naming telephones.
Dial the number of the
telephone you want to name.
Enter the new name
using the
characters above the keypad as
a guide.
Press # to move to the next
character.
Press # # to insert a space.
Press
HOLD
to confirm the new
name.
You can enter the next telephone
number that you want to re-name
or press
SPK
to end.
Example:

The current name is displayed.
You will hear a short
confirmation tone.
