D-6 Sound Board Jumper Settings

Audio Interface DMA Channels

The sound board audio interface supports both low and
high DMA channels for direct data transfers to system
memory.

Jumpers DAS0 and DAS1 set low DMA channels 0, 1
(factory default setting), and 3 for 8-bit data transfers.

Jumpers DBS0 and DBS1 set high DMA channels 5 (fac-
tory default setting), 6, and 7 for 16-bit data transfers.
