Replace the bottom access cover (see Chapter 5).

Run the Setup program if you installed an ISA board.

Minitower Board Removal

 

The installation of some options might require the removal
of a board that is already installed. Use the following steps
to remove a board from the system.

WARNING:  

Be sure that the system unit

power is turned off and the system is unplugged
before you begin the removal procedure.

1. 

If you have any cables connected to the board that you
need to remove, label the connectors. Then disconnect
the cables.

2. 

Remove the screw that secures the board to the support
bracket.

 Removing the minitower expansion board screw

3. 

Pull the board out of the riser board connector. You
might have to gently rock the board from side-to-side to
release it from its connector.
