8-8 If You Have a Problem

Speaker Problems

Check the following problems to see the possible cause and
solution.

No sound from the speakers

Check that the speaker power is on.

Speaker volume is too low

Adjust the volume control on the speaker. If the volume
is still too low, adjust the volume by clicking on the
Sound Mixer in Windows.

Sound is only coming from one speaker

Balance the speaker output by adjusting the balance on
the Sound Mixer in Windows.

Microphone Problems

Check the following problem to see the possible cause and
solution.

You get no response from the microphone

Check that the microphone is connected to the
microphone in connector on the back of your system.

Adjust the microphone (MIC) level through sound
software.
