iPOD FUNCTION - Playing Page 

The workout program continues while playing an iPod/iPhone device.

Controlling by keypad: 

Press the Channel Up and Down keys to change songs. 
Press the - keys to adjust the volume.
Press the arrow Up key to move the curser to Sport button.
