The following instructions provide direction on the assembly of the Nautilus® K2
™
Vertical Climber. All instructions in the
manual are given with the orientation of standing on a level surface and facing the machine.

Step 5: Installing the Ergobar
Tools:
* Adjustable wrench
* 7/32 Allen wrench
Parts & Hardware:
* Ergobar Assembly
* 3/8” x 2 Button Head Screw (01-4064)
* 3/8” x ¾ Button Head Screw (3 x 01-4036)
* 3/8” - 16 Flange Nuts (4 x 03-1035)
5-1 Insert the wire harness into the main handrail
assembly. Ensure that no wires are pinched (Figure 9).
Carefully pull the Ergobar wire harness thru the front
access hole of the console mounting plate.

5-2 Using the 7/32 Allen wrench and adjustable
wrench, install three 3/8-16 x ¾ button bolts and
flange nuts. This will attach the Ergobar assembly to
the handrail assembly. (Figure 10)
NOTE: This procedure will require the
assistance of a second individual.

5-3 Finish the Ergobar installation by installing the
3/8 x 2 button head screw thru the down tube.
Ensure that you do not damage the wire harness
during the fastener insertion process. Tighten
fasteners with the 7/32” Allen and adjustable wrench.
