The following instructions provide direction on the assembly of the Nautilus® K2
™
Vertical Climber. All instructions in the
manual are given with the orientation of standing on a level surface and facing the machine.

Step 3: Install Transport Wheels and Leg Levelers
Parts & Hardware:
* Transport wheels (2 x p/n 20036)
* Cotter pins (2 x p/n 20047)
* Clevis pins (2 x p/n 22839)
* Leveler (4 x p/n 17686)
3-1 With the assistance of another person, tilt the unit
to one side and insert a dumbbell (as shown) or block
of wood under the support leg. This provides the
additional clearance required for wheel/leveler
installation. Thread the leveler in the front and back
of the support leg (Figure 4).
3-2 Insert a clevis pin through the support leg from
the outside of the frame. Slide a transport wheel onto
the clevis pin (Figure 5a) and secure it using a cotter
pin (Figure 5b).
3-3 Repeat the wheel/leveler installation process for
the opposite side. Once the K2 is in place, remove
the transportation wheels in reverse of installation.
