Firmware procedures

12.1

Upgrading the firmware

Turn off the ICS Aircal device.

On the back panel, locate the firmware mode button (accessed through hole A) and the USB port (B).

Access to firmware button

USB Port

Connect the USB cable to the ICS Aircal USB port and to the USB port on the computer.

Turn on the computer and locate the ICS Aircal firmware upgrade.

Using a ballpoint pen, press and hold the firmware mode button while turning on the ICS Aircal. Hold for 3 seconds

(the display will be blank).

Double-click the

AircalFirmwareUpdate.exe

file to run the update program.

12.2

Installing the device driver

This procedure installs the device driver on the computer that will be used to update the ICS Aircal firmware.

Turn on the computer.

Locate the ICS Aircal firmware upgrade.

In the upgrade folder, inside the

Aircal Driver

folder, locate the

AirCalInstaller.exe

file.

Double-click the file to run the installer program.
