This hazard may arise in the case of incorrect positioning of the vehicle on the platforms, overweight of
the vehicle, or in the case of vehicles of dimensions that are not compatible with the capacity of the lift.
When the platform is being tested, the vehicle engine can not be turned on.
There is nothing should be placed on the lift-lowering area and the movable parts of the lift.
Risk of slipping
The floor caused by lubricant contamination of around the lift. The area beneath and immediately
surrounding the lift and also the platforms must be kept clean. Remove any oil spills

Risk of electric shock
Risk of electric shock in areas of insulated and shattered electric equipments
Do not use jets of water, steam solvents or paint next to the lift, and take special care to keep such
substances clear of the electrical control panel.
Risks related to appropriate lighting
The operator and the maintenance fitter must be able to assure that all the areas of the lift are properly
and uniformly illuminate compliance with the laws in force in the place of installation.
During up and down operations, the operator should continually observe the lift and can operate it only in
the position of operator. When lifting and lowering the vehicle, the cushion needs being put in the bottom
of chassis.
The handling of safety devices is strictly forbidden. Never exceed the maximum carrying capacity
of the lift, make sure the vehicles to be lifted have no load.
It is therefore essential to adhere scrupulously to all regulations regarding use, maintenance and
safety contained in this manual.

Risque de collision
• Assurez-vous que personne ne se trouve dans la zone de danger avant le début du levage ou de la descente. Si, pour des
raisons opérationnelles, le pont élévateur est arrêté à une hauteur relativement basse (plus bas que 1,75 m au-dessus du
sol), le personnel doit faire attention de ne pas se cogner aux parties de la machine qui ne sont pas marquées en couleur
(figure 12).
Risque de chute du véhicule
• Ce risque existe si le véhicule est mal placé sur la plate-forme, ou mal équilibré, ou si les dimensions du véhicule sont
incompatibles avec la capacité du pont élévateur.
•
Quand la plate-forme est testée, le moteur du véhicule ne peut pas être allumé.
• Ne placez rien dans la zone où le pont élévateur doit descendre, ni sur les parties mobile du pont.
Risque de glissade
•
Si le sol autour du pont élévateur est sali par du lubrifiant. La zone autour du pont doit toujours rester propre. Éliminez
immédiatement l’huile renversée (figure 14).
Risque d’électrocution
• Le risque d’électrocution existe lors de l’utilisation de tout appareil électrique.
• N’utilisez pas de jet d’eau, de solvant à la vapeur ou de peinture à proximité du pont élévateur, et prenez des mesures de
précaution particulières pour maintenir la console de commande électrique à l’écart de ces substances.
Risques liés à un éclairage insuffisant
•
L’utilisateur et le personnel d’entretien doivent s’assurer que toutes les parties du pont élévateur sont suffisamment éclairées,
en conformité avec les lois en vigueur sur le lieu d’installation.
• Pendant la montée et la descente, l’utilisateur doit toujours avoir l’oeil sur le pont élévateur. Il ne peut commander le pont
élévateur que depuis la position de l’utilisateur.
ATTENTION !
La modification des dispositifs de sécurité est interdite. Ne dépassez jamais la capacité de charge
du pont élévateur, et veillez à ce que le véhicule à lever ne soit pas chargé. Il est essentiel de
respecter toutes les instructions d’utilisation, d’entretien et les consignes de sécurité de ce manuel.
