ax Functions

Faxing on the Basic View 3-41

Using the Numeric Keys

Load the document, and press <Fax>.

For details on loading documents, refer to Chapter 1, “Loading Documents” in the User’s
Guide.

Press <Basic/Advanced View>.

If the Basic view is already displayed, this operation is not required.

Enter the fax number using the numeric keys.

You can use the keys on the screen or the numeric keys.

•

To specify multiple destinations, press [Enter] after entering a fax number, and repeat this

•

operation.
Press [Clear] to delete one of the entered numbers or symbols.

•

Press [All

•

Clear] to delete all of the entered numbers and symbols.

Press [Address Book] to switch to the address book selection screen.

•

Up to 40 digits can be entered. Dialing symbols can be also entered in addition to numbers,

•

<*>, and <#>.
