Configuration

Setting the Meal Number Control Options

The Meal Number Control has a number of options that allow you to customise
its appearance & operation to suit your situation. The options are described over
the following pages. To access the Meal Number Control options, first open the
Configuration Editor, then click on the

Meal Number Control

button. A screen

similar to the following will be displayed :-

At the top of the screen, you may type in the name of your restaurant.

There is a 16 character limit.

)

It is necessary to enter the maximum number of digits that are used in the
numbers on your meal tickets. For example, if your meal tickets range from
0 to 99, then the number of digits should be set to 2. Click in the box
labelled

Number of Digits

, then either type in this number, or use the up

and down cursor keys to increase or decrease the current number. This
value can be set between 1 and 5.
