To use a virtual keyboard the desired keyboard needs to be assigned to the media player or media 
monitor. 
 
To assign the keyboard to the player you need to go to the “Settings” menu of the media player. This is 
done by first going to the “Units and Group Playlist” menu and then selecting the media player by 
clicking on its name.
