Installing HP lines (single-walled HP system)

Note:

Make sure parts are perfectly clean.

Coat thread, sealing cone and thrust ring of HP line (5) with engine oil.

Coat jacket surface in area of union nut to rail (6) with engine oil.

Thread in HP line (5), ensuring that the sealing areas are not damage.

Tighten union nuts (4) and (6) as far as possible by hand.

Using a torque wrench, tighten HP line (5) to specified tightening torque in the following order.

2 Rail (6)

Note:

Make sure parts are perfectly clean.

Coat thread, sealing cone and thrust ring of HP line (5) with engine oil.

Coat O-rings with (Assembly compound (Kluthe Hakuform 30-15)).

Thread in HP line (5), ensuring that the sealing areas are not damage.

Using a torque wrench, tighten HP line (5) to specified tightening torque in the following order.
