Preventative Maintenance
The proper use and safety of the treadmill can be maintained only if is examined regularly for damage or wear.
You as club manager or owner are responsible for maintenance tasks. Stop using the treadmill until defective
parts are repaired replaced.

Pay attention to parts that is subject to wear, especially in the striding belt, and line cord.
▶
Perform a proper lubrication periodically to keep the friction between the striding belt and deck low.
lt is very important to prplong the striding belt and deck, Refer to section
Ⅳ

titled lnstruction, for the use of lubrication oil.
▶
Vacuum the floor surrounding and underneath the treadmill every week to prevent the acccumulatioof
dust and dirt.
▶
Clean the display console and all exterior surfaces regularly with soft cotton cloth dampened in a mild
soap and water or a mild household cleaner. Never pour water or spray liquids directly on the surace
of the treadmill Do not use ammonia, acid based cleaner abrasive cleaner and paper towels.

Check operation of the emergency stop system daily after turning on the treadmill.

Check and vacuum around the striding belt every week to keep dsbris accumulating

When treadmill is not in for a long time, turn it off and keep the power cord unplugged from the wall
outlet.

When you move the machine, be careful not to collide with obstacles like a wall.

Probable Cause (Condition)
Refer to section “Protective function” and then
eliminate the cause.
Check circuit breaker is tripped. lf tripped, a
white button has popped out. Press the white
button to reset the circuit breaker. The circuit is
located next to power ON/OFF switch on the
outside of the treadmill.
In the United Staes and Canada, circuit breaker
is combined with power ON/OFF switch
lf tripped, the switch is turned to OFF position.
