How to Use

After the message “SET WEIGHT
↑

↓
+ ENTER” is displayed on the screen, the message
“WT60” comes out to indicate default user weight is 60kg (132 lbs) Touch ‘ENTER’ button after
setting up user’s weight with ‘SPEED ▽ / △ ’ or numeric key. If you don’t press ‘ENTER’ but
‘START’ key, the treadmill starts to operate only with calories setting. (The default weight, speed,
and incline are duly applied)
4. Set up Weight
▶ When the message “SET SPEED ↑ / ↓ + ENTER” is displayed on the screen, the message
“SP05” comes out to indicate default the speed is 5km/h. Touch ‘ENTER’ button after setting up
the speed with ‘SPEED

’ or numeric key. If you don’t press ‘ENTER’ but ‘START’ key, the
treadmill starts to operate only with the setting of the calories and weight. (The default speed and
incline are duly applied)
5. Set Up Speed
▶ When the message “SET INCLINE ↑ / ↓ + ENTER” is displayed on the screen, the message
“IN00” comes out to indicate default incline is 0%. Touch ‘ENTER’ button after setting up incline
with ‘SPEED

’ or numeric key. If you don’t press ‘ENTER’ but ‘START’ key, the treadmill
starts to operate without Incline setting. (Other settings such as calorie, weight, and speed are
duly applied)
6. Set Up Incline
▶ When the message “PRESS START” is displayed on the screen, Press ‘START’ key and start
exercise. You can adjust the speed and the incline anytime with ‘SPEED

’ and ‘INCLINE

’ key, respectively.
7. Start Exercise
Note - When setting up weight with

SPEED

button, the value changes with the
resolution of 1kg (2.2 lbs) If you keep pressing weight value increase or decrease
rapidly.

When exercise time is over or calories burned reaches goal calories, exercise ends.
