How to Use

When the message “SET INCLINE
↑
/
↓
+ ENTER” is displayed on the screen, the message
“IN00” comes out to indicate default incline is 0%. Touch ‘ENTER’ button after setting up incline
with ‘SPEED
▽ / △ ’ or numeric key. If you don’t press ‘ENTER’ but ‘START’ key, Exercise begins
without incline setting. (Other settings such as calorie, weight, and speed are duly applied)
6. Set Up Incline

When the message “PRESS START” is displayed on the screen, Press ‘START’ key and
start exercise. You can adjust the speed and incline any time with ‘SPEED ▽ / △ ’ and ‘INCLINE
▽ / △ ’ key, respectively.
7. Start Exercise
▶ When exercise time is over, exercise ends.
8. Stop Exercise
