Maintenance

37

Change the oil in the variator gearbox every 500 ha or
every 2 years at the most. Never grease the metering
devices or the coulter tubes.

Grease the machine (Markers) at the
beginning and end of the season using
standard agricultural grease. Grease the
markers every 20 hours there after.

Lubricate the tramline clutch springs by
spraying with penetrating oil.

Lubricate the drive chains.

Check the oil level in the variator (with
the seed drill horizontal), and top up to
the red dot with ATF DEXTRON 11 D
Automatic gearbox oil.

Change the oil in the variator every
500 ha or every 2 years.

Cleaning

Cleaning the inside of the hopper and
metering system.

Clean the seed drill

High-pressure cleaners are liable to
cause damage to bearings and
electrical circuits!
