Camera Troubleshooting

Q1:

The Battery LED is flashing red.

A1:

The battery charge is almost depleted. Replace the battery with

a fully charged one or charge the battery before attempting to
use again.

Q2:

Nothing happens when the Shutter button is pressed.

A2:

The microSD card is full. Replace with an empty microSD card

or delete files from the card before again attempting to record
videos or capture still images.

Q3:

Nothing happens when the Shutter button is depressed and the

screen shows 000, indicating that there are no files.

A3:

The microSD card may have compatibility issues or there may

be no microSD card inserted in the card slot. Try formatting
the card to ensure the formatting is compatible with the
camera. Alternatively, insert a compatible microSD card with
available free space for recording.
