Removing the MicroSD Card
1. Ensure that the camera is powered OFF.
2. Using your fingertip or fingernail, gently push on the edge of
the microSD card to release the catch and partially eject the
card.
3. Gently remove the microSD card from the card slot.
Warning! To avoid data corruption and/or damage to the microSD
card, do not remove it while data is being recorded or saved.
Always power the camera OFF before inserting or removing the
microSD card.
Installing the Battery
Warning! Use only the battery that came with this device, an exact
equivalent (PID 11414), or a suitable replacement. An extended
battery pack and replacement waterproof case cover is also
available (PID 11421), as is an AA battery pack with replacement
case cover (PID 11422). PID numbers are subject to change.
1. While grasping the camera with one
hand, press your thumb on the
bottom edge of the battery
compartment cover and pull to
release the cover, as shown in the
illustration to the right. Lift the cover
off the battery compartment.
