Hazelnut and Brazil Nut Butter
1 1/2 cups hazelnuts
1 1/2 cups Brazil nuts
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Place all the ingredients into the blender.

Start blending on low speed, then gradually increase the speed to maximum until a
coarse paste forms.
3.
Store in an air-tight container at room temperature.
Cashew and Chocolate Spread
2 cups unsalted cashews
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup pure icing sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Place the cashews and oil into the blender.

Start blending on low speed, then gradually increase the speed until a coarse paste
forms.
3.
Add the remaining ingredients and continue to blend until a smooth paste forms.
4.
Store in an air-tight container at room temperature.
