5. Place the slotted foam blocks under the manifold holder to secure it in position for

shipping.

6. Close the clear cover.
7. Wrap the instrument in plastic.
8. Place the cardboard packing sheet on top of the clear cover with the foam resting against

the rear of the cover, and then secure it with adhesive tape.
