Safety thermostat of the cooking chamber 

Intervenes in case of anomaly, so that the cooking chamber temperature of the appliance does not exceed 

permissible limits.

Power circuit protection

A remote control switch protects the power circuit.

Auxiliary circuit switch

Fuses positioned next to the terminal board protect the electric circuit.

When the appliance has been connected, before operating it for the first time, a general check should be 

carried out as follows:

•  Remove all packing material and protective film

•  Ensure that current safety regulations have been observed

•  Check the water connection

•  Check that water flows freely from the drain

•  Demonstrate to the user the different systems available with the appliance, what routine maintenance is 

required and the correct use of the appliance

•  We recommend advising the customer to sign a maintenance contract

Discharge 

On the back of the machine, there is an outlet tube (diameter 40mm / 1.6") 

for the connection of the cavity discharge pipe and a tube (diameter 14mm / 

0.6") for the tray drain connection under the device door. They are indicated 

by the presence of a yellow label. They shall be connected both to a pipe, 

heat-resistant, free-falling, with a maximum length of 2m (6.5 ft), a con-

stant gradient not less than 4°. Average discharge water temperature 65°C 

(149°F). In compliance with current regulations, the drainage piping must 

not be channelled into a continuous system, while a gap of at least 25mm 

(1") between the end of the pipe and the tunnel must be ensured.

WARNING! - The drain line, as shown in the drawing, MUST bE outside the 

perimeter of the appliance. The interposition of a large collection glass (see 

drawing) to ensure free flow, is indispensable. 

REDUCING THE DISCHARGE DIAMETER IS AbSOLUTELY PROHIbITED.

The connection type shown in the drawing aside is also allowed:
