20.13 • ATTENTION: POWER DOWN
If, during the execution of a cooking program, the
power supply is lacking, the cycle is aborted; when
the power resumes, the cycle starts again from
where it left off and simultaneously it appears the
Pou FAIL message, interrupted to the main screen,
warning the user that there was an interruption of the
cycle.
Press any button to delete the Pou fail message.
The reporting is saved inside HACCP.
NOTE - If the power supply fails during the execu-
tion of a washing program, upon its restoration, the
washing resumes from the first rinsing stage.
In addition, a buzzer sounds and the display shows
the Pod item flashing along with the time remaining
to the end of the program.
At the end, “Pod” and “End” are displayed to report
that the power supply has failed during washing.
At the end, remove any residual detergent (using pro-
tective gloves) and rinse (manually or automatically).
20.12 • ANTI-FLOODING ALARM
When a washing program is running, if you do not
load a certain amount of water in the specified time,
the flashing message “
_F” is displayed and the
required acoustic signals turn on.
Press any button to silence the buzzer.
Check that the equipment water inlet valves are open
and that the water pressure is greater than 150 kPa
(21,7 Psi). Also check that there are no leaks in the
pipes and in connections with the mains water.
If the problem is resolved, the washing program will
start from the first rinse cycle.
The “
_F” message is shown on the display along
with the time remaining for the entire rinse cycle.
At the end, “
_F” and “End” are displayed to report
that an alarm occurred during the washing.
At the end, remove any residual detergent (using pro-
tective gloves) and rinse (manually or automatically).
If the alarm continues, contact the technical support.
