To operate a hard washing, select the SCH item
inside the programs (P) and press the START / STOP
button.
It may be displayed the WAIT message while the
equipment checks the calibration of the drain valve
(the time required for the operation is approximately
5 minutes).
Then the InS tAbt item is displayed and requires the
insertion of the proper cleaner.
Open the door, insert the cleaner and close.
The washing program starts.
NOTE - To handle the detergent, use protective
clothing and gloves; protect eyes and face.
NOTE - We recommend using no. 2 cleaning
“OVENCLEAN” tablets to be placed in the cooking
cavity above the filter, as shown in the figure.
The time required to perform the hard washing is
about 2h 30'. During washing, the remaining time is
displayed.
The hard washing consists of 5 stages:
1. Short pre-washing to remove the dirt in the cavity
2. Entering water in the cavity, and running of the
actual washing at 80°C (176°F)
3. Rinse cycles, during which it is charged and dischar-
ged water in the cavity
4. Sanitizing via the electric input in the cavity of
steam at 100°C (212°F)
5. Final drying
NOTE - When running the program, you can stop it
by pressing START / STOP (flashing “PAU” is displa-
yed) and then restart the program by pressing START
/ STOP again. Upon restart, the program restarts
where it left off.
After washing, the device beeps, the End (end) mes-
sage flashing is displayed and the timer shows 00:00.
NOTE - If a problem occurs during the program, an
error message (see chapter Alarms) is displayed.
Remove any residual detergent (using protective
gloves) and rinse (manually or automatically).
