For cooling the cooking cavity, open the equipment 

door and press START / STOP.

The cooling starts automatically and brings the cavity 

temperature to 50°C (122°F).

NOTE - 50°C (122°F) is the temperature set by default 

and cannot be changed.

During cooling, the display shows the current cavity 

temperature and the COL item.

To stop cooling, press START / STOP again.

10 • LIGHT

The LIGHT button is used to turn on the light in the 

cooking cavity.

The light is timed and after a certain period of time 

from power automatically turns off.

Once you turned on the light in the cavity, you can 

still turn it off manually by pressing the Light button.

by default, the HOME screen is in MANUAL mode 

(MAn) and convection cooking is preset, but it is allo-

wed to set either one of the 3 types of cooking:

•  STEAM

•  MIX

•  CONVECTION
