Cleaning the cooking chamber
At the end of the day and with the temperature of the chamber not exceeding 50-60 °C start cleaning
as follows:
Remove the tray supports, being cautious not to hit the light bulbs, in order to clean them
separately;
Spray a degreasing detergent adequate for food use inside the chamber.
Close the door and, in order to let the detergent act, wait for 15-20 minutes
Clean the inside of the cabinet using a wet cloth.
Start a cooking cycle at 150 °C in order to dry off the cooking chamber.
Please perform checking procedure on the following things before contacting MODENA customer care
when troubleshooting occurs:

• Have you connected the power plug?
• Have you checked your installation circuit breaker?
• Is the timer on?
• Is the cooking selector set to position O?
• Is the pilot light on?
Your oven is giving off smoke
• The cooking temperature is probably too high.
Your oven is getting dirty very quickly
• The cooking temperature is too high.
Aforementioned troubles are just for reference. If any failure occurs, please stop using, and
contact MODENA customer care to check and repair.
