carefully read this guide before using this product.
This document contains all the information you need for the correct use and maintenance of the
product.
The purpose of this guide is to allow the user, most of all the direct user, to take all the measures and
prepare all the equipment and the necessary materials for a safe and long-lasting use of the product.
This guide must be consigned to the person in charge of its use who shall keep it in a suitable place,
in order to make it available for consultation and for the ordinary maintenance of the oven. In case the
oven is resold, the guide must be consigned together with it.
This guide is also intended to be used by the technician when performing commissioning and
extraordinary maintenance operations.
The intended use and available configurations of the machines are the only ones approved by the
producer; do not attempt to use the machines in a way which would not comply with the indications
supplied by the producer.
The intended use indicated is only valid for machines having full structural, mechanical and system
efficiency.
The producer refuses to accept any liability deriving from improper use or use by untrained personnel,
from „do-it-yourself‟ changes or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel and from use of
nonoriginal spare parts or non-specific for the product model.
