A/V Receiver Screen
(Figure 3)
This screen allows you to select the manufacturer of the
A/V Receiver connected to the HD-. The model
number optimized for NetCommand will display at the
bottom of the screen. NetCommand will be able to
change inputs and adjust volume on the compatible A/V
Receiver. A manufacturer’s name followed by a number
(example: Mitsubishi ), indicates additional models are
optimized.
Other models from the same manufacturer are often
compatible. If the manufacturer’s name does not display, it
is not compatible. Select “Other”. NetCommand cannot
control this A/V Receiver device, although it can switch
to the A/V Receiver speaker. If non-compatible with
NetCommand, use the A/V Receiver remote control to
control volume or mute or use the Audio layer switch on
the HD- remote control. If you do not have an A/V
Receiver or a stereo system connected, select “None” for
the Manufacturer.
Cable Box Screen
(Figure 4)
This screen allows you to select the manufacturer of the
cable box that is connected to the HD-. The model
number optimized for NetCommand will display at the
bottom of the screen. A manufacturer’s name followed
by a number (example: Mitsubishi ), indicates additional
models are optimized. Other models from the same
manufacturer are often compatible.
If the manufacturer’s name does not display, it is not
compatible. Select “Other”. NetCommand cannot
control this cable box, although it can switch to the input
connected to the cable box. If non-compatible with Net
Command, use another layer position switch on the HD-
remote control or use the cable box remote control.
VCR Screen
(Figures 5)
This screen allows you to select the manufacturer of the
VCR that is connected to the HD-. The model
number optimized for NetCommand will display at the
bottom of the screen. A manufacturer’s name followed
by a number (example: Mitsubishi ), indicates additional
models are optimized.
Other models from the same manufacturer are often
compatible. If the manufacturer’s name does not display, it
is not compatible. Select “Other”. NetCommand cannot
control this VCR, although it can switch to the input
connected to the VCR. To use a non-compatible VCR, use
the VCR layer switch on the HD- remote control or
use the VCR remote control. If you do not have a VCR
connected, select “None” for the Manufacturer.

Note:
Your Cable Box should be connected to
Ant-B or your VCR. Channel is the default output
channel for the Cable Box. If either the connections
or output channel are different, use the Change
option in the Edit NetCommand menu to apply
the changes.
If you do not have a cable box connected, select “None” for
the Manufacturer.
