Unit of HSB series

Install the new sensor (BT12 or BT3)

on the external water pipes from the unit.

Make sure that there is contact between the

sensor and the pipe and that the sensor is

insulated along the pipe.

Component replacement

On HSB60-W component position might be different but method is the same

Remove cabling from the damaged

BT12

BT3

Cable glands

BT12/BT3 connector

Replace temperature sensor BT12 and BT3

As temperature sensors BT12 (heating

medium flow) and BT3 (heating medium

return) are installed on the water pipes

(back of the unit) and covered with

insulation there is limitation to access,

so it is not possible to remove damaged

sensors. Solution is leave the sensors on the

unit and install the new ones in a different

position.

Guide the new sensor cable to AA23

communication board using one of the

available cable glands

temperature sensor and connect the

new one.
