Switching the maximum rotational speed of the compressor between Level 9 and Level 10
During this mode, the maximum rotational speed of the compressor can be switched between level 9 and level 10 by
touching for 3 seconds.

While the maximum rotational speed of the compressor is set to Level 9, the rotational speed cannot be changed to Level
10 by following the method described in “
Changing the rotational speed
”.
When high load is applied to the refrigerator such as in summer, setting the maximum rotational speed to Level 9 may not
obtain adequate cooling.
The maximum rotational speed of the compressor that was set to Level 9 will remain the same even after this mode is released.
The maximum rotational speed of the compressor will be memorized in the control board. So, if the control board is
replaced, the set maximum rotational speed will be reset to Level 10.
Release
With the ice making compartment door open, touch
and
simultaneously for 3 seconds until 2 short beeps sound.
The operation panel returns to the normal temperature display.
The function is automatically released in 1 hour.
Although unplugging and plugging the power code can release this function, it is recommended to follow the procedure
above for protection of the compressor.
* The set maximum rotational speed of the compressor will remain the same even after the power is turned off.
Changing the rotational speed
After setting this mode, rotational speed of the compressor changes every time
is touched.
The ones place and tens place of the rotational speed (rps) is displayed separately.
(Basically the compressor starts operation at level 10, however, it may be different depending on models, or as a result of
specification change.)

Rotational speed can be changed only when the compressor is in operation. While the compressor stops, rotational speed is
not displayed and the touching operation of
is disabled. When the compressor stops, unplug the power code, and wait for
several minutes, then plug it again.
Operation sound may increase in the process of changing rotational speed, but that is not dysfunction. Check the sound
level when rotational speed is stabilized.
Switching ON/OFF the box fan motor
During this mode, touching
turns on the box fan motor and touching
turns it off.
