6.9 Display of Digital Input and Digital Output
Display the digital input and digital output state.
When the ME-0052-NS96 or ME-0040C-NS96 type optional plug-in module is not installed, this operation cannot
be done.

The reset method of the digital input
The reset method of the digital input has the “Auto reset method” and the “Latch method”.
When it is set the latch method, the input status is continued until the latch canceling operation.
For example, when the alarm contact is input, if the alarm is stopped, you cannot miss the alarm happened
because it is continued the happened status in this instrument.

How to cancel the latch

In the operation mode, by pressing
DISPLAY
, it is displayed the digital input (d.in) display.

At the display of the digital input, the latch is canceled by pressing
RESET
for 2 seconds or more.
Note: To display the digital input, it is needed to set “display of the digital input/output” to “on”.
The initial content is set to “on”.
6.10 Set Value Confirmation Mode
When you want to confirm the set value, you use the set value confirmation mode.
In this mode, the contents of the set-up items cannot be set, which prevents changing other set values by mistake in
operation.

Change into set value confirmation mode
In the operation mode, press
SET
for 2 seconds to get into the set value confirmation mode.

Set value confirmation
As same as in the set-up diagram (page 12), select the set-up menu number you want to confirm, and press the
SET
.
By
+
and – select the set value.
The way to get back to the operation mode is also same as in the set-up diagram.
But it cannot confirm the simplified set-up menu in the set value confirmation mode.
