It is not stored to EEPROM when RES signal is ON. Should not
input RES unless inverter alarm or fault occurs.
When RES input is necessary for an inverter alarm or in such
case, turn X83 signal OFF before RES input, then input X83
again so that stored winding diameter can be used.
