If using a DHCP server the IP address and Ethernet parameters can be set
automatically.
To change the Dynamic IP Address:
•
Press the left or right arrow key to select the IP Address field on the display.
•
Use the
↑↓
arrow keys to choose between Dynamic IP Address and Static IP
Address. Press “ENTER”.
•
The RESET screen shown above will appear. Choose “YES” and the NSU will reset
with a dynamically assigned IP address.
To change the Ethernet Subnet Mask:
•
Press the left or right arrow key to select the Ethernet Subnet Mask field on the
display.
•
Use the numeric entry keys to enter each octet of the Subnet Mask and the decimal
point to advance to the next octet. If no changes are required for a particular octet
simply press the decimal point to advance to the next octet.
•
Press “ENTER” to save the Subnet Mask.
To change the Ethernet Gateway:
Press the left or right arrow key to select the Ethernet Gateway field on the display.

Use the numeric entry keys to enter each octet of the Ethernet Gateway and the
decimal point to advance to the next octet. If no changes are required for a particular
octet simply press the decimal point to advance to the next octet.
•
Press “ENTER” to save the Ethernet Gateway.
