Incoming water flow too low for appliance to
operate safely, faulty Thermal Trip or faulty
heater Tank.

reset / recommission the shower.

check all plumbing isolator valves to the
shower are turned fully on.

check water pressure.

a section of the supply pipe is frozen, allow
to thaw and insulate the pipe.

replace Thermal Trip.
